The CEA architectural practice was started in Paris in 1995 and moved to its present location in Brussels, the heart of the European Economic Community, in 2000.
Our mission is to provide a value added architecture service to businesses and individuals by managing projects to cost and quality standards agreed with the client. We are an experienced and committed team of professionals with the expertise to guarantee the smooth and cost efficient running of your project.

Our offices are centrally located in Brussels within easy reach of the international airport and railway station.
The Way We Work
In order to understand the requirements of the project, we offer an initial consultation.
Then, under contract, we provide a detailed study, containing the drawings, specifications and cost estimates plus the time frame for completion of the project to standards agreed with the client.
The works are then carried out under the supervision of a project manager / team leader who will be your primary point of contact throughout the entire duration of the project to completion.
Our multi-disciplinary team includes experienced Architects, Designers, Quality and Quantity Surveyors, Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Consultants, Furniture specialists and Project Managers.
BUILDING CONTRACTS AND SUPPLIERS
All external suppliers of services and goods are invited to tender. Sealed bids are delivered directly to the client and opened together by the client and CEA. Our policy is to only invite to tender established professional suppliers with experience appropriate for the project.
Building and supplier contracts are awarded only with the specific agreement of the client.
